Vulscombe is a soft, handmade, fresh goat’s milk cheese produced near Tiverton by Joyce and Graham Townsend. A popular choice for chefs around the country, the milk used in the cheese is from a herd of goats in the stunning upper Exe Valley. It is rich, creamy and mild in flavour, full of lemon and mild herbal notes from the goats’ foraging.
