2013 Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards, Montagnolo Affine is a surface-ripened, triple cream cheese that is aged at low temperature to slowly develop its aromatic, spicy flavour. The very creamy paste, with blue veins, has a distinctive, sweet aroma. This rich, buttery and perfectly marbled cheese has converted many a blue cheese sceptic. It deserves its place among the best cheese in the world.
