Miller’s Damsel Charcoal

Artisan Biscuits are a long-standing family bakery in the Derbyshire Peak District, which started over 70 years ago. In that time a lot has changed, except for the way they make biscuits. They use the same bronze rollers and biscuit-moulding method that they have for decades. Their Miller’s Damsels and Toast Range are a great compliment to cheeseboards.

Tasting Notes: 

Dark, crisp wafers made with stone-ground flour, grown and milled in England. Best with white mould-ripened soft cheese.
