Tasting Notes Drink:

Jacques and Francois Lurton broke away from their Bordeaux pedigree, and in their pursuit of quality and excellence they arrived in Argentina in the early 1990s, pioneering modern winemaking. From Mendoza in Argentina, the Las Boleras Pinot Gris is selected from fruit grown on the hillside slopes in Valle de Uco, south of Mendoza. An aromatic white with a bouquet of peach, apricot and raisin. The mouthfeel is round with a discreet fruitiness and a complex rich taste. Stone fruit flavours on the palate and a lemony acidity leave a delightful after taste.

Pair with: Milder rind washed cheese, crumbly cheese, and hard goat cheese.

Our Perfect Cheeseboard: Saint-Nectaire, Roccolo Valtaleggio , Cave Aged or Quicke’s Goat Cheddar, Otter Vale Quince Jelly, Millers Damsel Charcoal, Firm Pear and Plump Raisins .
