Tasting Notes Drink:

A robust, complex Tempranillo, deep dark ruby in colour and rich in black fruits which blend into a lingering smoky and spicy finish. The tannins are supple, but aging has provided a soft rounded mouthfeel. Decant for at least three hours before enjoying, or double decant to enjoy right away.

Pair with: Strong earthy cheeses, bold blues, smoked cheese and most Spanish cheeses.

Our Perfect Cheeseboard: Valdeón Picos Blue, Manchego, Smokey Duke, Miller’s Toast Fig & Sultana, Sunshine Olives, Dates, Clare’s Preserves Damson Chutney.
